Users must be legally capable, provide accurate information, and, where applicable, represent a registered business to use the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, notifying PayAssure of unauthorized access, and keeping account information accurate.
PayAssure provides onboarding, payment orchestration, settlement processing, financial reporting, and API integrations. Specific features available to you depend on your account and any agreements in place.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer APIs, submit fraudulent transactions, misuse credentials, or interfere with platform availability.
Applicable fees for services will be communicated separately and, where applicable, agreed in writing.
While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or third-party outages.
All trademarks, source code, documentation, APIs, and logos remain the property of PayAssure or our licensors. Users are granted only a limited license to use the platform as permitted by these Terms.
Both parties should treat proprietary information disclosed in the course of using the platform as confidential and use it only for permitted purposes.
The platform is provided "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayAssure limits its liability for damages arising from use of the service.
Users agree to indemnify PayAssure for losses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, illegal activity, or security concerns. We may also suspend service for maintenance with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
